A great watercolour workshop took place 11/9/21 as part of a retreat weekend organised by Yoga & Pilates with Emma. I received overwhelming feedback and so pleased everyone enjoyed their experience painting.


Art classes for 8-11 year olds Monday and Tuesday 4pm-6.15pm, located in Swanscombe.



Mondays in Swanscombe 10am to 1pm

Tuesdays at Riverview Park, Gravesend 10am to 1pm

Wilmington on Wednesdays 1pm-4pm

Thursdays at Painters Ash in Northfleet 9.30am to 12.30pm

and Fridays in Meopham 11.45am to 2.45pm.


Mondays 4pm to 6.15pm taking place in my Art Cabin Swanscombe, Children's Art Group.

Tuesdays 4pm to 6.15pm taking place in my Art Cabin Swanscombe, Children's Art Group.


Please if you haven't already done so, confirm if you are attending in advance as this helps me to be efficient with table and chair arrangements and allows the group to run as smoothly and safely as possible. Also if you are unable to attend please also let me know. 

If anyone wants to join us at any of these locations and times please contact me for availability as there is a limited amount of people allowed at each session. 


There is a £15.00 pay as you go session fee. I still accept cash or you can pay via bank transfer or contactless payment.

My Student Category winner: Melissa Hills age 43

Title: 'Four of us'. 
The four of us have been in these four walls since March. Feeling alone, yet standing strong together, looking ahead at uncertainty.

Medium: Acrylic  Painting.

Judges feedback: This painting has been created with an amazing style and talent for brush work. It really gave thought and emotion to the viewer. It is a true representation of the 2020 lock down experience for a family.
Over 18's Category Winner: Jeanne Bright

Title: 'My Hero'.

This is my tribute to my Teddy who has given me something to smile about each day.

Medium: Soft pastels

Judges feedback: This was a beautiful pastel drawing created to a very high standard. It was really pleasing to know that this little teddy has given comfort to its owner during Covid 19 and totally understand how it could bring a smile each day.
Under 18's Category Winner: Layla age 16

Title: 'White Noise'.
It is about the emotions that a lot of people are going through at this time due to this pandemic. It represents how people feel, scared, angry, frustrated, bored and are trying to keep it together.

Medium: White pencil drawing on black paper.

Judges feedback: This was a very strong image that successfully expressed the emotions it aimed to capture. There is an impressive use of pencil work which has built up the tones displaying light and shadows. 
The Under 10's Category Winner: Jessie age 9

Title: 'The Big Wave'.

This was created as part of home learning in 2020. 

Medium: Watercolour paints

Feedback: Judges felt there was a great use of tone which helped to give the water movement and the painting depth.
Art Prizes Won by our winners.

and a drawing wooden box set category 1.
